Collecting Data

Collect what you need, when you need to.

The app can be accessed quickly and easily so you can record what you need to with just a few clicks.

#

You can record as little as 2 things (time and date) or use of the drop down lists to capture a further 4 parameters. There are also 2 extra fields you can use to identify the person collecting the data or change these when you are working in a different location to collect information about that location, freeing up one or two of your drop down lists.

Reviewing Data

Use the data to help you visualise what you do

The data can be viewed within the app on simple pie charts but you can also export the data to a csv file for use in a spreadsheet program

#

For the individual it allows you to quickly review what you have done in the last day, week, month or year in a simple way. The information collected can be used in performance reviews or if you are looking to create a business case for more staff. You can use this data to track where you are spending most of your time and what tasks are being missed due to lack of resources. For an organisation you can collect this information from multiple employees and create complex pivot charts and graphs to assist with communication and benchmarking. This can provide you with a way to track statistics to assist with quality initiatives and appropriate allocation of human resources.
