Once you have downloaded and installed the app from the Google Play Store or the Apple Apps Store you can start to collect data immediately. See the instructions page for more details. You can set up the app to record your time taken against up to 4 parameters. The stored data can then be exported to a data manipulation program of your choice, or viewed in graph form on the app in a very simple format. This involves designing lists as web pages or even just designing lists to help you to make the best use of the fields available and the data you want collected. This is a cooperative process and may involve meetings to understand your need or to finalise any changes. It may also require you to provide examples of data you already collect which will be held securely and destroyed once design is complete. List design is a $50 fee for design and the design process is expected to take less than 30 days. If further changes are required after the 30 days this will incur a $50 fee and a new 30 day design cycle begins again. The Regional Wound Services servers can host your lists for $5 per month. The servers are managed by Digital Pacific who provide a 99.9% server uptime. Initial list upload and one set of 4 list changes per month is included in the subscription. Hosting will commence once payment is received and will continue for 30 days. You will have an account page showing the subscription expiration date and you will also receive an email within 7 days of expiring. Please note that while we will do our best to maintain the security of your data we do not provide any guarantees. This is a cooperative process over a 30 day development cycle which may involve meetings to understand your needs and/or to finalise any changes. It may also require you to provide examples of data you already collect which will be held securely and destroyed once design is complete. You will receive a link to download the file when complete. Each dashboard created will attract a fee of $100. Depending on the complexity of the data more than one dashboard may be required, however this will be discussed prior to purchase. For organisations that do not have the time or the expertise to collate the data, Regional Wound Services offers user data management support. This involves the users exporting their data to a secure google folder, and the data being cleaned and standardised before importing into the dashboard or returned to you as a csv file for use in your existing software. Data can be deposited at any time and will be assessed once per fortnight. You will have access to a page showing your list of users and if the user is active (has supplied data within the last 30 days). This page will also keep track of your subscriptions. Subscriptions are $10 per user, per month. These are flexible in that you pay for users and not named individuals, and the subscriptions are for active users only. You will have access to a report showing how many of your active subscriptions have been used. If you exceed this number you will be notified by email and will have the opportunity to top up your account for that month or request those users be ignored (for example, students using the app on placement).
